Shipping Policy

At Jerusalem Gifts our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient way possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and automatically displayed at checkout.

If you have any questions regarding your international order, please contact us.

Shipping Address:

The buyer bears the responsibility for the correct input of the delivery address; in case anything goes wrong with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, Jerusalem Gift cannot be held responsible for the (partial) loss of the shipment. In case Jerusalem Gift needs additional information regarding a delivery address, the buyer may be approached by Jerusalem Gift in order to provide additional information. A delay in the delivery may occur in case additional information regarding the delivery address is needed.

Shipping Delays:

If delivery suffers a delay, or if the delivery cannot be implemented, or only partially, the buyer will be informed about this as soon as reasonably possible after the order has been placed. In case a product has been delivered to the buyer in damaged or incomplete state, the buyer must inform us as soon as possible (within 24 hours after receiving the order).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time, based on the shipping speed you’ve chosen. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don’t count toward the transit time. Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States, United Kingdom, or EU countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Jerusalem Gift has no control over these charges, nor can Jerusalem Gift predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Damages:

If you received a damaged item, please head to our Returns Policy which provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
